Delivery is free with no minimum purchase.

Preparation and dispatch of your order generally takes between 2- 3 days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can track your package on our order tracking page. Delivery of your order usually takes between 5 and 10 working days.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time, we advise you to :

- check the status of your order using the tracking number you received by e-mail,
- check that the delivery address is correct,
- contact your local delivery service if you have missed the delivery.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To initiate a returns procedure, please send us an e-mail to contact@y2k-wave.com. We'll get back to you promptly with a free return label. No restocking fee will be charged.

Any return made without prior contact and/or sent to the Y2K Wave contact address will be invalid and ineligible for a refund.

We offer free shipping worldwide on our orders.

There will be a processing time of 2-3 days once we receive your order. Our packers will package it from our factory, and it will be shipped by air. Once the package is dispatched, it will take approximately 7-10 business days for you to receive your package.
